Royal Home Enterprise Inc.’s realtor, David Mauul, persisted in telling the client that he had “the apartment ITS YOURS Do not WORRY” until August 2024. “NEW YORK CITY HAD PUT SHELTER CLIENTS INTO THE BUILDING AND THEY WERE LIVING WITHOUT WATER GAS OR ELECTRICITY,” Mr. Mauul then called the client.HAHA. Although he might not have had time to reply to BBB, real estate agent David Maul of Royal Home Enterprise Inc. managed to find time on Thursday, September 26, 2024, to call the client he had been missing for months in order to talk to him.REALTOR DAVID MAUL OF ROYAL HOME ENTERPRISE INC. MAY NOT HAVE HAD TIME TO REPLY TO BBB, BUT ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH, 2024, HE FOUND TIME TO CALL THE CLIENT WHO HAD BEEN MISLEAD FOR MONTHS AND YELL AT HIM FOR Having REPORTED (TIME STAMP). The mentally challenged woman, who lives on the fifth floor and is registered with Assistant Living, has been approached by the hooker on W 33rd street who lives down the hall onthe fifth floor and has asked her to have sex with boys and girls. She has finally been given a new door. Nearly a year later, we called 311 on multiple occasions to complain that you could see into her apartment from the hallway. The building rental office / assistant living protogram told the woman that she needed to pay for a new door, but she did not have the money because the door had been damaged by the paramedics, and the FDNY who had to repeatedly break it down to save her life after she fell unconscious to seize. We interviewed the young women and will be releasing that soon it is a heartbreaking story in her own words about how she was denied a move when she requested one,she remains paralyzed in the hospital after not being admitted into a real assisted living facility where she would have received professional care for her medical condition.
