Royal Home Enterprise Inc.’s realtor, David Mauul, persisted in telling the client that he had “the apartment ITS YOURS Do not WORRY” until August 2024. “NEW YORK CITY HAD PUT SHELTER CLIENTS INTO THE BUILDING AND THEY WERE LIVING WITHOUT WATER GAS OR ELECTRICITY,” Mr. Mauul then called the client.HAHA.
